Amy Stokes
Director
Amy started her career in financial services back in 2007 working for a high-street bank as an in-house mortgage adviser.
In 2012, Amy decided to put her experience and knowledge to good use by becoming an independent mortgage adviser. She has since built a large bank of clients, all of whom she is proud to know personally.
Amy started Tipping & Webb in 2021 with the aim to ensure that her values are represented by each of her advisers and that every single client receives a personable, reliable, and tailor-made experience, without compromising on personality.
When Amy isn’t busy helping her clients, she enjoys spending time with her two little girls. You can also find her clocking up the miles rowing, playing the piano and creating the most delicious cocktails in her kitchen…when the girls have gone to bed.
Dan Philpott
Mortgage Adviser
Dan has been in financial services for over 6 years now, and one of his favourite parts of the job is to help people through the journey of a house purchase from start to finish.
Dan also prides himself on making sure that people’s homes and lifestyles are protected offering insurance reviews to new and existing clients.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with family, indulging in a beer or 2, playing football and likes to challenge himself to cycle 100 miles per week.

Lisa Howes
Mortgage Adviser
Lisa has 16 years’ of experience working in financial services, starting her career working in the City for fixed-income brokers and asset managers.
After starting a family, Lisa wanted to use her skills gained during her early career to become a mortgage adviser.
Lisa enjoys guiding her clients through the mortgage process and making their home ownership dreams come true. When she is not working, Lisa enjoys a glass of wine or 2, going on holiday and spending time with her family.
Lisa can’t wait to plan her next family holiday.
Stacey Lacey
Office Manager
Stacey grew up with Amy in Shepherdswell, until she moved to Leicestershire in 2002.
With experience including Account Manager experience with Clarins and roles in Business Development and Advertising, Stacey started her own business in late 2020 as a Virtual Assistant.
This proved to be perfect timing with Amy also starting Tipping & Webb around this time, and so Stacey was brought on board to help with general admin, social media and creating some fancy spreadsheets; she loves a drop-down box.
Stacey has lived in Milton Keynes since 2005 and lives with her husband and daughter. She loves nothing more than a glass or 2 of prosecco (or Amy’s amazing cocktails when she comes back to visit Kent), spending time with family & friends and is always looking for her next bargain weekend break or holiday.
And before you ask, Stacey Lacey is indeed her real name!
